Best-Guess Summary: I think this chapter will be about a celebrity who commits a crime and is caught, leading to a trial.

Chapter 4 - Prosecutors–Being a Prosecutor Means Never Having to Say You’re Sorry

Guiding Questions: Why is there so much misconduct?

Chapter 5 - Judges–At Least Get It Wrong for Both Sides

Guiding Questions: Why are judges put on the spot?; Why do judges lower standards?
